Welcome! If you are visiting the area or are new to Camp Verde Community Library, you can use this form to apply for an online library card.

After completing this form you have 30 days to visit us and make your card permanent.

• If you are a resident of Yavapai County: bring in your photo ID with local address and proof of mailing address so that we can issue you a card with full privileges.
• If you are visiting the area: your online card is good for 30 days. If you plan to be here longer than 30 days or plan to return annually we encourage you to visit the library to convert you online card to a CVCL Temp Card.  

In the meantime, you can place up to two holds on items, check out two titles from Libby, and use our online resources. Note that your library card number is temporary and will change when made permanent.

Lost your card? To protect your account, please notify the library of a lost card at 928-554-8383, then come in to get a new one. Replacement cards are $3.00.
